Posted - 12/21/2003 : 12:06:43 PM I was doing some Christmas shopping on 5th Avenue the day after the concert and as I was a turning the corner I saw Dave Matthews getting into his car at the hotel he was staying at. I decided to hang out in front of the hotel for 10 mins because there were 4 DMB groupies there who said they saw Tim walk in and out a couple times.
Low and behold Tim walked out and took off at a fast walk I guess to evade the fans hanging out LOL. They like ran him down after about half a block and made him sign some stuff. It was pretty funny. I caught up with them and Tim was cool enough to sign my ticket from the night before which I had because it was in my travel bag.
I didnt have anything intelligent to say cause I wasnt expecting to meet him . Oh well I thought it was really cool and the Madison Square Garden show rocked. The solos he did on Typical Situation and Dancing Nancies were incredible. I just had to share with some peope that like Tim's music.
