the only Tim cd I have is Chaos View. I was surprised that Tim seems funky, far out funky, and I like. The song I like the most at this point is Backdoor. Would anyone like to suggest another to be my second Tim cd? thanks  |

thanks for the input everybody, I appreciate it, my daughter wants to go to the festival, my husbands a maybe, I'm excited already. It will be my first music festival, Tim will be my first. |

That's for damn sure! LOL, from what I can gather she ended up meeting some guy shortly after we ended our four year relationship and moved in with him only a couple months after they started dating. Needless to say, it didn't work out for her. But I'm a happy guy now, all in all. |

Erich, brothah, are you the Erich on antsmarching? if so, I'm old enough to be yo mothah. I have a 22 yr old daughtah, she gave me a tape of Luther College last summah, that turned me on to Tim Reynolds, I hope she'll go to the festival with me. We'll pretend we're sistahs. |

nomadic wavelength isnt that funky but the guitar skills he shows on that album are unbelievable its one of my favorites |

ok I'll try to go to the festival, Erich, when you say "go live man", do you mean that in a generic sort of way, or do you think I'm a man? I'm a little old lady, I live in the woods, I'm married to a stick in the mud, and in the summer I work on Saturdays. The festival will be a challenge for me, oh well, there's always astral projection. |

if you ever have a choice between cd or live, go live man. the cds will always be there, the festival is one of a kind, like all shows. |

thanks for the help. I think I'll go with See Into Your Soul for the mix OR I'll order the dvd for the live experience OR I'll save my money and go to the Frederick Blues Festival, only two hours from me, decisions decisions...decisions |

If you would like an album along the lines of Chaos View, I'd suggest picking up Astral Projection. If you want acoustic stuff go with Nomadic Wavelength, Stream, or Gossip of the Neurons. If you want a mix of those two types of guitar playing check out Sanctuary or See Into Your Soul.
Gossip is one of my favorite albums.

I'm a big Gossip of the Neurons fan...not really that funky, but it's a great CD in my opinion. |
