I was at the show with Dave Matthews on Monday night (5-5-03).
Tim blew me away!
He never looked up, he never dropped a note, he was remarkable.
It purged my soul after a terribly long long cold cold winter.
Such giant life pours out of such small of a stature, I am blown away and truly humbled and blessed to have soaked that all in.

I wish I'd known you, cause I'd sure have traded with you for decent seats. Mine was pretty shitty, way up in the risers, almost as far back as the venu would allow. No big deal, cause it was small enough that it was cool no matter what, but I sure would have settled for much better seats.

You know what floored me? At the 3/29 show, a scalper actually got upset when I said all I wanted was face value. He wanted to offer me $80. It happened at Davidson too...kid refused to buy my decent seats because I wanted $100 for them. |

I went to 3/29 with an extra that I was trying to unload. So maybe I was one of the people who tried to sell to you. I was technically a scalper... sold it for $50, but I paid only $49.50. I'm a bad, bad man. |

There were a lot of people trying to unload tickets at UMASS. I tried to get tix through the warehouse for the URI show but was declined. So I was so happy to get confirmed for the UMASS show. Its closer to home anyway. Nice to see a show without a mosh pit or a thousand teenie boppers puking on each other. I ALMOST felt like a grown up... but I fought it. |

It's a shame you didn't just go to the show and hope to get tickets...there were a ton of people trying to unload them. I was truly, truly surprised. I ended up making 3/25, 3/26, 3/28 and 3/29 as a huge road trip and at every single show I was approached with people selling tickets more than once. It really floored me. |

i tried to get tickets to the norfolk show, but after i found out spending 45 minutes on the phone that they were sold out, i gave up. I tried hard, but to no avail... |
