Posted - 04/29/2003 : 12:00:39 PM really cheap for that line up. No illegal substances, vending, or open fires, yeah righto!! HAHA! also there are several bands not listed yet flecks might be one of them. Oh and GO EARLY! traffic is going to be a nightmare and a half. The L.I.E. sucks crap. |

Posted - 04/28/2003 : 6:59:45 PM If I could magically transport myself to New York, I'd pay that in an instant. That's extremely cheap for three days. Mule, Claypool, Soulive, etc. Well worth it, in my opinion. |

Posted - 04/28/2003 : 5:34:34 PM the prices are steep, but then again for a guy like me, it'd be heaven, the woodwtock of my fav. bands. the only problem is the flecktones aren't playin' at this specific bonnaroo, so i wouldn't go. just imagine Tim going around jammin' with some random bands...sassy! |

Posted - 04/28/2003 : 4:37:30 PM I see your point. Granted, I understand the overhead is pretty steep, with all the bands' fees and the venue, etc...but for every thousand people, they're going to make $150,000. I don't know how many people they expect, but I imagine they're gonna make a killing. |

Posted - 04/28/2003 : 4:31:56 PM it is steep, but now that i think about it...
The Dead, Orch level - $50.00 D+T - $50.00 Tom Petty, Orch level - $45.00
so we're getting the dead two nights, d+t one night, and petty one night. If we were to go out and ese them seperately, it would be about the same, yet we're getting that many other musicians as well, including DYLAN. So I think its safe to say that despite it being really expensive, it seems fair. |

Posted - 04/28/2003 : 4:17:52 PM OUCH. That's a raping and a half. Probably spend $15 on a bottle of water too. So there's no seating, it's just wide open like Woodstock? I've never even heard of Bonnaroo until this year...so I'm a Bonnaroo virgin. |
