Apparently, if you put in a request for more than 5 shows...it will randomly choose 5 shows and essentially dismiss the other requests. I put in a couple calls to the warehouse and two different people seemed to confirm this. So, in essence it's better to request the 5 shows you want the most.

You can always move to Cuba. You won't see as many TIM shows though. Gloria Estefan, however, plays Guantanamo Bay once per century.  |

I think it means pay us $3.50 for a) being able to buy these early; and/or b) being able to buy these from the comfort of your own living room.
I think if you buy directly from the venue, there's not a convenience fee. Trick is, due to ticket brokers, there are never any left at the venue to buy!
