Can I do this with a labtop? If so what will I need besides something like Adobe Auditions?

I don't know anything about the Adobe product, but I do know for sure that you can record from the soundboard with Audacity, which is free. I'm not sure of the depth you'll get... I know you can record in stereo, but I doubt you'll get different channels. I don't really even know what I mean by "different channels". But you know. Only one thing, and in stereo.

Based on my 15 second perusal of Adobe Audition, that looks like it'd work perfectly.
