Hi everyone. I was wondering if D&T ever did a show that was more of a 50/50 deal rather than Dave songs with Tim playing a few of his own? A concert like that would be great. That way, Tim wouldn't just be 'the icing on the cake'.

I have to agree with Erich, I believe the Tree of Life that's floating around is from 5/27/93 (I don't have the full show), but at the end of it you can hear Dave and Tim talking about what song to play next, Tim called it "Things we can not change" or something like that, which is Two Step. Two Step is listed as being played right after Tree of Life. So I'm guessing Is Anybody Here from 12/12/93 is not Tree of Life.

and no, its Is Anybody Here?, trust me. Back then the part that was in Tree of Life wasnt included in it. Tree of Life, to my knowledge, was only played once with Dave, and so far thats the only recording of it the TR community has.

i dont see it on there

I would be willing to bet that it really was "Tree of Life" instead of "Is Anybody Here?" Simply because he goes into the main part of "Is Anybody Here?", but always returns to the "Tree".

the only source i can find is missing Is Anybody Here

nope. the closest was 20/80 durring the 12/12/93 show:

http://www.dmbalmanac.com/tourshowset.asp?id=453055494&tid=59&where=1993

tim played four solos out of a 21 song set:

http://www.erichwithanh.com/tim/dave&tim.html

that was the most hes ever done solo at a d+t show.
