Does Tim use the same style of picks, when he uses picks of course, or does he use different picks depending on the song/guitar? Does he simply use whatever picks are laying around? I couldn't find this on his guitar set-up, or maybe I simply overlooked it.

Yep, they are attached to my hand. Sometimes I call them fingers, and one a thumb.

The last I knew, he used 1.0mm Dunlop Tortex (the blue ones). I think you can even see his pick at one point on the Live @ Radio City DVD with Dave Matthews. I'm not sure if he still uses them or uses them consistently though.
