Posted - 12/19/2001 : 5:13:07 PM BORED WITH DAVE?!? Oh well, that's understandable. Anyway, try those songs I suggested, there's tabs on the site. The biggest thing is, if you can't already, to learn how to finger-pick. Also try Jemez Rolling Waves, that's fairly easy. Once you have developed good finger-picking, start working on the harder stuff. I strongly suggest trying to learn your favourite Tim song,(even writing the tab yourself if you have to) that's what really got me into his songs.
After a while you should try going back to DMB, I haven't found any other music that is so consistently fun to play. Good Luck.

Posted - 12/18/2001 : 11:16:37 PM If you're talking about Tim songs, I highly recommend something slow(er), like You Are My Sanity, or even To Touch Yearning (alot of improv though). Decline In Reason is pretty good for that too. If you're not talking about TR stuff than I suggest any DMB.
