I am trying to transcribe this marvelous piece from this video:

I figured the tuning as C# G# C# F# G# C#, I think this is correct as the riff which starts the song on the album version, (0:43 in this video) is:

|-------------------|
|-------------------|
The problem I am encountering is I think I am hearing this as the main theme (best viewed at ~1:46):

|-----------------------|
|-0-------3-----3-------|
Though it doesn't appear that she's playing the 3p0 (NOT a Star Wars reference...AHAHA) in the video. This may be a flaw in the tuning I came up with, or my shitty ear playing tricks on me.
If anyone can offer any advice, it'd be much appreciated. |

I might try it...but I REALLY hate alternate tunings. I don't go anywhere south of open D.
We'll see how motivated I am. And even if I try it...there's definitely no guarantee that I'll be any help at all. |
