Art, you are very close on Part D. I play it like this and it sounds more accurate:

------3/5------3-----3/5--3---------------
--5/-----------2---3------3----------------
--4/-----------0---2------2---------------
--5/---------2-----x------2--2-5----------x2, except the 2nd time,
-----------0-------2------3---------------don't play the Em triad.
--0-----------------------------------------
Em Am7 Bm C6add9

--7---------3-5--7----------3-5--7---5---3---0--0------0--0---
--5-----5--------5-----5---------5---5---3------3----3----3---
--x-----x--------x-----4---------x---x--[2]---------------x----
--x-----5--------x-----5---------x---x--[2]--------2------x----X2
--5-----4--------4-----3---------3---7---3------0---------1--
--------------------------------------------------------------
D6 C#m7b5 C#m7b5 Cmaj7 Cmaj7 Am C6add9 Am7 Bb(#11)
add9

Notice I listed the chord names as Tim tends to leave out some notes in each chord. It's more than likely he's fingering the actual chords above, though not strinking the 5th and 3rd most of the time.
The section after this is improv, leading all the way into this cool variation on Part C:

--7---5---7---0-------5--7--5---10--8--7-----------
--5---5---5---0----/8----5--5---8---8--7-----------
------5---4----------------------------------------
------5-------------------------7------------------
------0------------------0--0----------------------
--0-------3---8------------------------0-0-0-0-0-0-
Em Am7 G6 Cmaj7

That's the best I could figure out.
P.S. the song is in 6/8 and in the key of C, for anyone who wants to improvise on it. javascript:insertsmilie('')
Peace

Here's the chord changes I use. It sounds dead on with the version I have. It's not "complete". I haven't learned the whole song yet, but here's a start.

In case you hadn't seen this.. http://www.timreynolds.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=327&SearchTerms=impermanence
I dunno how good it is, never tried it, harmonics are good though.
