These things any good? Do they have that carbon sound like ovation guitars? I realize it's all subjective, but what are people's opinions? I really have been wanting to play one just to see what they're like. On some other boards I frequent a lot people play them.

Hey JooJoo, I own a WS1000, or cut'away steel string. I love it. I've owned in for 3 years and the sound has been totally consistent. I live in Hawaii and had kicked the idea around to buy one and finally did. Kind of expensive, I paid 1700. new, but when you buy a rainsong you get a lifetime warranty against any bends, bows, warps or cracks. Anyways, I could go on and on glorifying the many facets of the rainsong!!!! peace out
