ive tried eaceac and cant really do much with it. also dgdgbd.
what are some others???

....or maybe it's the fact that they're called G-strings and that's why they're always breaking!!.....oh....and I haven't played that song in a long TIMe!
You know....they should make a special on HBO called G-strings so all the guys will want to watch it.....only to find out that it's a show about guitars.

Maybe that's why you have such bad luck with them! Stop wiht the Goo Goo Dolls tunings! They break yer g-strings!

One tuning that I hate is the one for Goo Goo Dolls' "Name"
daeaee........I've broken my fair share of G-strings that way.

I've used that, but i prefer eeeebe instead. You cna get the same sound oot of it, and it's really fun to play

i was trying out this tuning... eaebbe you can leave bbe open and get a 12string type sound or fret both b's and get a sorta arabic sound from it. i got this tuning from jeff martin,guitarist of the tea party.
