Posted - 05/15/2002 : 4:05:21 PM A old version of it used to be on the older message boards - can't seem to find it anywhere else.
Does anyone have anything put together from this song that they could post/send me?
Thanks!

Posted - 05/24/2002 : 02:14:42 AM I thought the loop went like this:
(in drop B)
e-------0- B------4-- G-----2--- D----4---- A---2----- B--0------
the song is mostly in the key of E harmonic minor yet B is the root; the notes in that scale: B-C-Eb-E-F#-G-A-B
then of course the part that gets the crowd going: (just chords, listen for rhythm) e-x-x B-x-x G-4-5 D-x-x A-2-3 B-x-x

Tim Reynolds - Kundalini Bonfire
Drop B Tuning
e------0- b-----0-- g----0--- d---4---- a--2----- B-0------
repeat that on a dd-5
then, play around with these notes on the two B strings
b-0-1-4-5-7-8-10-12-13-15-17-18
B-0-1-4-5-7-8-10-12-13-15-17-18
Then play somthin like this: e--------- b--------- g---457452 d---xxxxxx a---235230 B---000000
And so on....the beginning is TOOOO fast and pretty much improv. |
