little note: in part c, instead of playing the 4 and 0 on the high e, play the 9s on the b and g....that'll make the chord transition easier

I don't have much interest in tabbing any more than what I have here. Tim uses some skill that I just don't have to play it. It's one of my favourite songs, I really wish I did have the skill. So this is really rough, but enough to get you started towards making it sound good.
