It's that time of year when everyone makes a bunch of promises they're unlikely to keep for the whole year. I don't have any, except maybe to improve at guitar, but I would try for that anyway.
Anyone else have anything?

[quote]Well, It's not a resolution, but I plan on getting myself an actual steady girlfriend this year.[/qoute]

I didn't know it was that easy...

Or do you mean a steady relationship with someone you give $80 to for a couple of hours every few days...Ha, just kidding...

But really, a girlfriend...making plans to get one...I just don't understand that. Maybe it is because girlfriends just usually "happen" to me, and not because I'm looking.

What the hell am I talking about? I'll go now.

Well, It's not a resolution, but I plan on getting myself an actual steady girlfriend this year. (Hey maybe the same chick Jon is after eh?)

Make no mistake about it, my friend. I am tired of hearing it.

Peace,
Patrick

Is anyone else tired of hearing BUSH use the word "RESOLVE" or the expressions "Test our Resolve" "Show our Resolve" "Strengthen our Resolve" etc etc etc. That damn guy can't get thru a speech without using Resolve. Rew and I spent the whole tour laughing about that. Everytime he would come on the TV, RESOLVE RESOLVE RESOLVE. It got to where Rew and I would wait for it and see who could catch the usage first. He was gonna squeeze it in one way or another. I am beginning to think it is the only word this guy knows and that he THINKS(not sure I am allowed to use this word whe referring to GB, which also stands for Goof Ball)it makes him sound SMART and INTELLIGENT. Which are words that should never find themselves in the same room with George Bush.

I agree. I made my marathon resolution in May and I ran it in December.

Yeah, I don't understand "new years resolutions". If you want to accomplish something, the calendar year shouldn't be your motivation/time limit. Just do it.

Peace,
Patrick

I resolved about 4 years ago (about the time I actually started thinking somewhat for myself) that I would no longer make any New Year's Resolutions.

So I haven't any resolutions. And this is another case of Fluffy and I having almost the same outlook on things. Fluffy, I'm not copying you, I promise.

This is a no brainer for me. I resolve not to have any surgery, break any bones, or total my car for the year 2002! Damn, I have some bad luck....If I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any at all. I can be a poster child for a murphy's law calendar!! LOL

I've resolved to take life less seriously, and get my demo done and sent out before the next millenium.
