I don't own an electric, so no Tele. Sorry. But you definitley have great taste in guitars.
I had considered the D-35, but when it came down to it I preferred the asthetics of the D-28 more. I don't like the binding of the 35, and I like the little diamond thing on the headstock of the 28. Plus because of the bracing differences I find the 35 to be too bassy, although Tim manages amazing things with his...and with his bare fingers no less. I prefer a thumb pick when I'm playing a rosewood dread.
This one really is pretty special. I'm ecstatic about it! |

Congrats. We sure do have similar tastes in guitars. You own two of my three. Unless you also own an American Standard tele. |
