I was bored and was surfing the net and I decided to take a look at TR's home page. I saw that TR3 is playing a show tonight. I have interest in music venues, so I clicked on the one they are playing at tonight just to see what the place is like and low and behold they list something called Bandcam.
I think we can watch the show tonight although I am not 100% sure. There won't be an online chat available, but heck, if we can see TR3 perform who cares? They list the time as 9:00 EST but I am not sure if that is TR3's start time or the opening act.

Crossing my fingers that this works! Should work fine as they are currently doing sound check (7:54 PM)....and sounding pretty damn good! Picture isn't great, but again, no biggie. |

I actually had to log off soon after Industrial Complex, so I think you actually were up a tad later than I was.
I agree that it looked like the crowd was really into the music, which is awesome. I really like how Tim/TR3 is becoming his/their own entity and not being associated with Dave and DMB as much. Not that it is a bad thing for Tim to be associated with Dave, since that is how many of Tim's fans got to be Tim's fans, but Tim's music is amazing in its own right and deserves its own admiration. |

LOL, most definitely! I went back to see what it was looking like now and saw a couple of the guys also dancing, but that one guy really does look infatuated with Mick! Ya know, all kidding aside, the crowd looks like they are really having a good time. Nice to see what looks like a pretty big crowd & also nice that they are really into the music!
Well,I have to get going. Enjoy the rest of the show. Let me know if they play Leelines or if Toxic Pooh makes a showing, LOL.

LOL, I know what you mean! I think that is part of why I am listening rather than watching the whole time too. When I saw the guys do their sound check I really felt like I was spying on them.....definitely creepy. LOL |

It seriously looks like they are playing in someone's living room. If only these girls could see themselves.
I actually unplugged my headphones halfway and now I somehow have sound coming from both. Kind of weird, but it's definitely the feed and not the headphones judging from a couple YouTube videos I watched to test them. You're right though, it does still sound pretty good.
I have to turn in soon, but I'm glad I got to catch most of the show.

I don't understand people holding beers up to the band either. I suppose I probably do it too...but it looks pretty silly.
The voyeuristic aspect of the show is kind of fun...
I feel creepier than normal. |

Glad you guys are able to enjoy this too. I actually shrunk it down so I am not watching all the time, but listening as I do work on the computer. I am not sure about the speaker thing, but it sounds pretty good to me.
You know what cracks me up, things don't change much from high school days, girls dancing and guys being "cool" standing off to the side. LOL
Don't think I will be able to listen to the whole show, but at least I am getting to hear some of the show. Got to get up pretty early for work tomorrow and have some things I must do before I go to bed.
Happy to have a TR3 fix! |

I don't have headphones...but it seems that the sound is only coming out of the left speaker (they're built-in to the computer).
It still sounds pretty decent.
And it's fun to be able to see the audience too! |

Haha, looks like they just have their security camera feeding to their website :) At any rate, I'm glad to have a TR3 webcast.
Are you getting audio from your right channel? I only have a buzzing in my right headphone and audio in the left headphone. Other audio sources seem okay, so I'm assuming it's not the headphones I'm plugging into my laptop with. |
