...will win. Cleveland.

Now normally I couldn't give a shit what happens to the Indians, but they're my hometown team, man, and it's the playoffs. As of last week, I'm not so much of a Bahstin fan.

Jay! So glad to see you back. Wierd that I decided to lurk around only a few days after you came back. Well let me tell you...I tried to get tickets. My parents are going, I'm not...it's a bummer.

Yeah-I'm DEFINATELY all about the rockies, man!

LOL Tom! I do hope your Rockies win. I am not a huge baseball fan, seriously, I think I have ADD when it comes to baseball, it just goes too slowly for me, thus my love of ice hockey, LOL. Anyway, the last time the Phillies were in the World Series back in 94 I think, we had season tickets. We had great seats for all the WS games in Philly and I have to tell you, there is no baseball game quite like a WS game. The atmosphere was electrifying! The Phillies lost, but we sure got our monies worth! Unfortunately the following year was the baseball strike and baseball has never been the same since, IMO.

If you can get to at least one game of the series Tom, do it!

Hey, even Fluffy should like the Rockies, aren't their uniforms purple and black? Not sure, been a long time since I watched baseball.

GO ROCKIES!

Pam...Jay...I'm sorry but after 21 of the last 22 games the team who is going to win the world series is obviously the ROCKIES!!! but then again I may be a little biased! I should try to find a picture of me as a little kid when I went to Mardi Gras dressed as a colorado rockies player...what can I say...I'm pretty excited about this team...however I may be a bit more excited to see TR at copper in a month or so!

OH definately Arthen, I've seen the Indians at their worst, and at their best. We held on, it was game 7.

We didn't have an experienced team, they choked under the pressure...Look at Boston, at least half the team are vets...look at Cleveland...a great team but just a little too scrappy.

I'm happy they made it as far as they did, it was exciting as hell.

I'm talking about the season/post-season overall. I think if you manage to get into the position that is shared with only three other teams, you've done something right.

Sorry, Jay. I just saw the headlines on Yahoo and thought of you. But hey, hell of a run overall, right?
Jay Posted - 10/22/2007 : 12:14:58 AM
Ya happy? HUH! HAPPY!

Dammitdammitdammit. Urgh. I mean, jesus. 11 to 2? The mood of northeast Ohio has turned murderous.

Good luck to your Indians, Jay.

I am not a huge baseball fan, but I like Boston and Colorado. (Just because I like the locations, LOL) I will cheer for your team though.

I prefer ice hockey and football(college more than pro).
