I should be in the headline business, anyway...
Just happened that I came across a Martin DCME on eBay whose price was at $600.00 and ended around 10pm last nite. No bidding war ensued, so I invoked my ridiculous sniping abilities and snagged this puppy for $680.00 total with the Martin hardcase...I guess the Christmas spirit leaked into my devoutly non-Christian abode. Check it...
Mahogany w/ Cutaway and Electronics...I haven't seen this guitar for less than $11-1200. Bah humbug!

i actually saw that headline in the new york post. it read:

good find. Not a bad guitar at all. I wouldn't call it a steal, but a great price, which is better than 1200 anyday ;) . Now get some DR strings on there and give that warm spruce top and punching mahogany some good riffs and solid fingerpicking. |
