Might just as well make it a Phil Collin's solo tour. I'd rather see that.

Blech, well I guess as expected, NO Peter, heck not even any Steve Hackett! Who cares? Hopefully they at least issue those surround sound remasters soon.

Yeah, I knew after I posted that it might look like I took what he said literally, which I didn't, and I agree with you about "Trick Of The Tail and "Wind and Wuthring".

Exactly. I am not saying they are bad, but it's not Genisis to me.

Personally I hold out a little for "Trick of the Tail" and "Wind and Wuthering" simply because I love Steve Hackett. He's my second favorite guitarist after TR.

And Fluff, I've been hoping to see Musical Box for sometime, as it isn't hopeful I'll ever see the definite article.

For those interested, I highly recommend checking out The Musical Box, Genesis tribute band that performs the Peter Gabriel period stage show with great effect I might add. They are out of Canada. The show is so good that almost all of the members of Genesis have seen their performances. PG actually saw it and thought it was worthy of taking his kids to. He said it was great to take his kids and show them "how silly DAD used to be." Check them out if you get the chance, I have a feeling any PG/Genesis fans will be quite impressed.

how can you call it Genisis without Peter Gabriel?
PJK Posted - 10/29/2006 : 07:14:25 AM
Yep, PG's message board is buzzing with hope and speculation, but I too think this up coming "Turning it On Again" tour will be missing PG. Personally I don't care about a Genesis reunion, I just want to hear Peter again! I think I am going to wear my "Up" shirt to Tims show on Nov 9th.

. . . wow . . . is John, George, and Stuart going to rise from tjhe grave too?
PJK Posted - 10/29/2006 : 01:07:36 AM
OH, bummer! Sorry, without PG, I'm just not interested.
Robin Posted - 10/29/2006 : 12:08:54 AM
I happened to be driving home really late the other night and (Greg Stone of Stone treck fame, remember him)? He was playing "Selling England By the Pound"and he mentioned this, and that sadly PG declined the invite to join the reunion, sooo disappointing no?
Peace, Robin

That's almost a week away!!!! I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG!

I'm hyperventilating already...
tericee Posted - 10/28/2006 : 5:39:27 PM
I'd pay to see that too!
PJK Posted - 10/28/2006 : 5:20:58 PM
OMG, did I die and go to heaven? Oh I hope it is a PG reunion! Genesis without PG is just.....well.....not Genesis.

Thanks Kevin for the heads up. Something good to look forward to on November 7th other than election day and the day my book report is due.
