I just started really listening to this guy and he's quite fantastic. He's been labeled a sort of folk/indie/alternative Syd Barrett. Really interesting lyrics, very, very English. Here's a link to a radio solo acoustic show on Archive.org:

Yeah the comparison to Barrett makes so much sense. What an artist. He's now on the, try to catch him next time he's two hundred miles near me. |

And check out his band prior to going solo called The Soft Boys, UNBEFUCKINLIEVEABLE!! Robyn Hitchcock ROCKS! He lived in DC for a few years and used to regularly shop in the record store I worked at. So did his daughter. He plays at 9:30 Club quite regularly. |

He plays one hell of a Dominoes. You can see him play it on the dvd: the Pink Floyd and Syd Barrett story. |
