Personally speaking, I didn't make it through all thirty four pages of the .pdf, but I read a lot of it. What's so wrong with the idea of having inmates work? Personally, I'm for it, depending on the type of work. I didn't find it specified in the report, what actual types of work the inmates would be doing.

Everyday people have to work eight hours a day, why not have inmates work as well?
