Does anyone have a copy of Fiona's cd "Extraordinary Machine" that Sony refused to put out for not being "commercial enough"? I hear it has leaked out all over the net, and it's supposed to be very good. For that matter, does anyone know of a good place to get it? |

Thanks for posting that Surfer!
I absolutely love this cd. The first track is my favorite. It definately have a showtune/1930s jazz vocals album feel to it, but hell all the more reason to release it. Who cares if it isn't main stream pop crap, market it towads the same crowds who buy Bjork, Nora Jones, Billie Holiday... as I hear similarities to all of them.

I like the songs.
Figures they wouldnt get released.
I think they are songs that would be used alot in artsy films. To bad thats not even a thought for the record company. |
