I don't know if this helps but my wife is about 120 lbs, 5'6" and athletic (swimmers build) and she wears the med. baby doll (women's size). Fits great on her.
Side note: She's not huge in the boobs though so I guess that needs to be factored in somewhere...
Thank God she buys her own clothes... I could never figure it out.

The link is broken for the shirts, when you click add to my cart, it just takes you to your paypal login screen instead of the shopping cart. |
