Anybody seeing john mayer in concert anytime soon? Im going to see him in concert march 19 in reading pa. I saw one show of his before and it was really good. He is a great peformer. He kind of reminds of you dmb but not exactly but in the future he will be as good and dmb definatly. I love john mayer. He best songs are my body is a wonderland, clarity and bigger then my body. |

Didn't Tim say something about John Mayer too?
Yeah, I really can't stand him. Why the hell does he breathe into the microphone during Body is a Wonderland? It's like he's some stalker.

well the problem is he's trying to be dave, but he's just not good enough. that's not the only problem, but its one of them. |

joe didnt we have this discussion the other day? lol..wait what was it that we called his style..o yea "dave-copier" i mean hes got the eyebrows and the feet going lol jk his music is ok guess its just that sometimes (most of the time) it looks like hes tryin to be dave..no offense to anyone who may be a fan though-thats just my opinion |

I agree, and im glad someone else does finally, I'll have to check out that other thread, I figured everyone liked him, I sure as Hell don't. Whining and... well anyway, I don't wanna get all negative, so Yeah, John is less than impressive to me, One thing he did on last call, some version of the song "neon" was cool, NOT the VOcals, dear god not the vocals, but the guitar part, other than that. ouch. what a poor topic to start out on. the general opinion here is that john mayer is a pimple on the ass of music, and i agree. there's another thread on why he sucks somewhere else. i'd provide a link, but i have no idea how do it.
