I will have access to a digital video camera for the show in Salt Lake and was wondering if this is allowed. I would gladly upload it to the server and spread it for free. Please let me know if this is against the policy.

This going to be a taped tour Fluffy? Or is it going by the same mentality ofthe last tour that it was a hassle to bring the equipment. I hope its taped, but if not, there are enough guys out there that'll help.

Taping policy soon to be updated. No major changes, so don't panic, just made it a little clearer and will be adding a link to some great info for tapers. Check it out, it should be posted very soon on TimReynolds.com Peace and keep the Faith Fluffy

Taping Policy, from timreynolds.com:

Tim Reynolds and TR3 allow audio and video taping at almost every live performance. Tim has an amazing talent for improvization and no two shows are the same. Taping allows fans the opportunity to recreate the live experience. At all taping authorized performances, tapers can tape from any location in the venue that doesn't obstruct the view of others. Soundboard feeds are sometimes avaliable, but are in no way guaranteed.

Tim himself allows taping, however, some venues do not. If a venue doesn't allow taping there is nothing Tim can do. The venue has final say on taping. If you are planning to tape a show you must contact the venue ahead of time to make sure taping is permitted.

All recordings must be used for personal use or trading only. All audio and video performances belong to Tim Reynolds / TR3 and are not available for promotional use without explicit prior written consent. Selling or commercializing any recording is illegal and will jeopardize taping privileges for everyone.

Nope, it's cool. (as long as the venue alows it). The taping policy can be found on the menu on the main page.
