That's so ridiculous. I can't honsetly believe that the RIAA thinks that this is going to help their case in anyway. A 12 year old girl, God.

In one of the interviews, a record exec was talking about how file-sharing takes money from the artists themselves.

question: how much of the proceeds of oen of the $750,000 lawsuits will go into the pockets of artists?

I think we all know the answer to that.

Exactly my thoughts Jude. I'll share files just to put the business that markets unoriginal talentless hacks out of business. I prefer to see live music and I think that is the best way to support an artist.
