From what I understand, if you get busted after signing the agrement, they nail you 100% - all the fines and jail time, guaranteed. Dunno how that would work, but it's what I gather.
Crap irregardless, they're just trying to scare people into signing the form by taking 1000's of others to court (or at least acting like it). I'd really like to see what happens with the first case that goes before a judge. |
