Posted - 08/28/2003 : 01:53:54 AM One of the guys on my floor gave me this CD to check out, and it's the first disc of O.A.R.'s live album. And upon checking them out on the internet I found out it was recorded at the 9:30 Club.
Anyone have any comments on them? I'm liking what I hear right now. |

Posted - 08/28/2003 : 12:54:47 PM i don't much care for them. the whole "college rock" thing is lame. i've heard 2 of their cds and maybe there were 3 songs i really liked. the rest of their stuff just sounds uninspired. the saxophone is a beautiful touch. the guy's really tasteful and helps out their songs a bit. |

Posted - 08/28/2003 : 09:57:29 AM O.A.R. has been around for a couple of years now bc i started listening to them about three years ago and they had a pretty solid fan base already....I've been to a lot of concerts and I have to honestly say that their shows are probably the best and the most fun. Each member of the band is extremly talented, I would suggest finding the song "Crazy Game of Poker" its the best one in my opinion! |
