I am road weary and in dire need of a few days to myself, unfortunately, or fortunately, it's all in how you look at it, I am home for a few days and then off to Denver for the make-up shows with TR. Rew will be accompanying me on this run so hopefully there will be no sordid tale of too many Red Bulls and the torture that was my last trip to Denver. Sorry I have been out of touch for so long, but the Chris Whitley tour was a 24/7 job. I have never been so busy on a tour in my life. There were many nites of zero sleep with long drives the next day. Barely a free minute for myself. Anyway, I survived and I look back on it as a learning experience and actually alot of fun so I guess, all in all, I can't complain to much. It was nice seeing alot of you at the Chris Whitley shows and I look forward to seeing more of you at the upcoming TR shows. I will try and make myself more available on the board. Hopefully after this run of dates with TR, things should be slowing down a little for your humble narrator. Although, I look to be fairly busy for the rest of the year between TR dates, CW tours and Brock dates.

The past 2 months in a nutshell:

2 SOLID months of around-the-clock touring with Chris Whitley's Vast Combo. May 26th, returned CW and the Vast Combo to JFK in NYC for their return to Dresden Germany. May 27th, returned van(7 weeks, 13,565 miles, all driven by yours truly), tied up all loose ends from Chris Whitely tour. May 28th, open to close at Orpheus Records as Rick was in France. May 29th, noon-5pm, Orpheus Records, 5-8:30: Drove to Baltimore for Brock show opening for JGB.(ps: this is normally a 1 hour drive tops). May 30th: Open to close at Orpheus, Rick returns. May 31st: Prepare for TR tour in the morning and afternoon and head to 9:30 where Brock is opening another show.
June 1st:Finish preparing for TR tour, and hopefully leave for the long trek to Denver.

HMMMMM, I wonder if I will ever have a day off? Did someone say they wanted to be a tour manager? HEHE

PS: I really did miss THE BOARDS, but now I am back!(BFD)

Ahhhh Welcome "the crow"! (I like your screen name BTW)

Can I ask you to please go to the Tim side of the board and look for the thread about the Task force and sign up "as a fan" on the Rolling Stone site. Seems we are still at 99 fans, damnit and Tim deserves at least 100! Thanks! Oh, and don't be a one-time poster ok? I will be watching for more posts from you! hehe

Interesting that you mention masturbation. After reading the first post by Fluffy, I was going to immediately respond:
I hope you're still fitting in TIMe for masturbation. Then I said to myself na, I know better.

PJK Posted - 06/03/2003 : 08:30:30 AM
Obviously Fluffy isn't the only thing thats back!

The post whoring experts are at it again! Oh and BTW welcome back Patrick.

Hummm post-whoring about donkey hoes......very interesting, hehe.

Hey, I thought the rule was that all topics end in masturbation, does pcbTIM's comments on "dillywhapping" meet those requirements?
{=HTG=} Posted - 06/03/2003 : 03:49:24 AM
Quite humerous. . . . a topic of Fluffy saying he'll be back turns into a conversation about butt-fucking donkeys and a dead cocaine addict porn star.
pcbTIM Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:53:54 AM
Maybe they filmed anyway.
enthuTIMsiast Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:50:22 AM
I guess. I don't know, maybe not since the work wasn't technically done.
pcbTIM Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:49:08 AM
So you're saying that they actually paid him to come to work (I use the term loosely) and shoot up?
enthuTIMsiast Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:45:16 AM
Hey, he had to get his cocaine somewhere...
pcbTIM Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:41:13 AM
Ah. A professional to the end.

I'll also add that I've known you long enough to not ask how you know this information.
enthuTIMsiast Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:38:01 AM
He was so bad just before he died that he'd come in to shoot a movie, carrying a suitcase with cocaine in it. Then he'd sit there and do so many lines that he'd pass out before he could shoot the scene, and eventually everyone in the scene would give up and go home.
pcbTIM Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:34:14 AM
And I did.

You know......if I had an enormous wang and people asked me why it was so big (and they would because I would show it off every opportunity I got.....I mean just imagine the money I could make with bar bets), I would screw with their heads a bit.

"Patrick, why's your penis so big?"
"Boating accident."

Then sit back and try to see them figure it out.
enthuTIMsiast Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:29:48 AM
Yep. If by circus freak you mean porn star addicted to crack.
pcbTIM Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:27:22 AM
Who's John Holmes? Some sort of circus freak?
enthuTIMsiast Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:25:58 AM
You should have posed that question to the late John Holmes.
pcbTIM Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:22:33 AM
I wonder if you can get charged with assault with a dealy weapon if the weapon is part of you.......
enthuTIMsiast Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:21:00 AM
Yeah... from across the yard.
pcbTIM Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:18:03 AM
I dunno......just think of the dillywhapping abilities.
enthuTIMsiast Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:15:59 AM
One of my own porn movies, more like.

No really, this was so long I wouldn't want mine to be that long.
pcbTIM Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:10:26 AM
Are you sure this was National Geographic and not one of your porn channels?
enthuTIMsiast Posted - 06/03/2003 : 01:09:02 AM
That reminds me of a show I was watching... I think it was the National Geographic channel. The episode was about wild donkeys... they look mostly like horses except in the head area. Anyway, this one alpha type male was mounting all the bitches, and I'm tellin' you what, his schlong was as long as my arm, and even bigger around. At least 2.5 feet, probably more like 3. I honestly pittied his hoes...

Anyway, just thought I'd share that.
pcbTIM Posted - 06/03/2003 : 12:54:02 AM
Butt-Fucking Donkeys.
enthuTIMsiast Posted - 06/03/2003 : 12:52:48 AM
What is BFD standing for? All I can think of... and since I thought it once it's stuck, ... wait, nevermind, that makes no sense.

Oh well, it's been a day.

WELCOME BACK buddy! I saw how stressed you were on the CW tour so by all means take some "Fluffy time" and rest up if you can. By the way, either my brain is fried out from finals or I'm just not getting the "BFD" reference... am I losing it?
PJK Posted - 06/02/2003 : 9:25:18 PM
Yes Welcome back Fluffy!

Hummm I agree with Teri, 3 1/2 hrs to Baltimore? It doesn't even take me 3 1/2 hrs to get to Baltimore and I live outside Philly!

tericee Posted - 06/02/2003 : 5:48:28 PM
When you have time, I'd like to hear why it took you three and a half hours to get to Baltimore...
Arthen Posted - 06/02/2003 : 12:20:22 PM
Glad to see you back on the board Fluffy. You didn't end up acting like the manager from "Spinal Tap" did you?
