I just played my first jazz gig in a real jazz club and I was freaking blown away by the caliber of players I was playing with. I got the call lastnight to see if I could do it and I am so fucking glad I did. These guys were insane, on a completely different level than what I'm used to. I kept my own, but I wish I could play with them some more so I could get up to their level. Friggin insane! |

congrats man! i'm still waiting for that moment to come in my life where i end up playing with real jazz people in a real jazz club. hopefully i will get the opportunity in college next year so i can play at the "infamous" calhoun's! sounds great tho man! |
