Hey Fluffy... in the meantime, you could set up an interim album at one of the free sites with some pictures if you want to share. Imagestation.com, msn.com, yahoo.com, all have good ones.

Of course I have some great pictures of TR's silver boots, just no way to post them. Hopefully Jon will be able to post some pictures soon. By the way, they are not Doc Martins that TR had. His had buckles on them. You'll see when the pictures are posted or you can email me and I can email you a picture.

I have a soft spot for that particular style of
Docs. I think it stems from my long TIMe interest in
Ed Vedder. I know its really bad but I love those black
Docs he used to wear in the "old days" when he was
a little less reserved than he is now. Running and
jumping around on and off the stage like a wild man...
wearing those boots. OK I'll stop about the boots.

haha, OK I will. I wore it around campus one day and I got quite a few strange looks. I'm almost afraid to wear it now because everyone will probably think I'm a terrorist or they will call in an anthrax alert. FUCKING TERRORISTS!

Since I was fortunate enough to get my hands on the first set from Paramount (THANKS MICHEAL!), in my opinion TR has moved to the next universe! I have listened to that CD everday in my car and I'm more blown away everytime I listen to it! It's difficult to put in words just how awesome it is! And TR singing....I love it!!!! I'm sooooo looking forward to seeing the show on the 13th more than ever!

Yeah, it's a pretty good thing to see. I don't ever remember seeing TR this excited about a project. He has always been into what he is doing at any given TIMe and been excited about it, but never to this degree. He told me the other day he feels like he has moved to the next level. That was pretty exciting to hear and even more exciting to watch.

No diapers, the gas mask makes an appearance strapped to his keyboard stand but he has not put it on. This tour it is an official English bobby hat, and some super sci-fi sunglasses courtesy of Diane. Last tours sunglasses always make an appearance as well. He also has a pair of silver boots(again courtesy of Diane) and his leather buckle boots. That's about it. I think TR is letting the music do the talking on this tour. He is so excited about the new stuff. He really is having a great time with the ELECTRIC. We have about 2 acoustic songs generally in the middle of the set with one acoustic in the encore. Different sets every nite. The acoustic songs are on a Yamaha with nylon strings which gives it a little different sound. You can tell TR has been concentrating on the electric as he effortlessly sails thru the impressive diversity that TR brings to the instrument. You guys are definitely in for a treat.

I agree with you Silky in that I don't like the pretenses. I will either like the music or I won't. It won't matter what you do. But I think TIM's doing things like that with the mask or diaper is showing a side of his personality that he's often reluctant to open up. I say this because if it was pretense, then I believe he would do something crazy/unexpected every show.
It's a fine line. Can we agree to partially agree?

I actually hope he doesn't get all leather'ed/gas masked/diaper'ed out... I liked the natural feel of this past tour where it was just Tim, his music, no act. It fealt so casual as though he was not making any pretenses... he was just on stage doing what he does, take it or leave it. I just don't think people need to jump around on stage like monkeys in order to be entertaining.

I was thinking the exact same thing... I forget where I posted it but I was wondering too if TR would get all "rock stared" out for this tour. I guess we'll be fining out soon!
As far as posters, YES! Fluffy mentioned in another post that they had Chaos View posters printed up! Looks like I need to make some room on my wall!

With the advent of the new tour, esp. since it's electric, I think a poster with this photo in it is in order. The leather pants and gas mask just seem to go with an electric tour. Now if it was just the SG in TIM's hands instead of that acoustic...we'd be set..
By the way, are there new posters for this tour? I sure hope so.
