Anyone dig her? I know I do...she has oneof the sweetest vooices I've ever heard. David Rawlings is one hell of a guitar player, too! |

She is quite remarkable, I actually got to meet her and DR after their performance in Down From the Mountain at Carnegie Hall. That was a truly beautiful nite. I had never been to that venue and had always wanted to go, so me and a few friends trekked up for the show and I was blown away. It was seriously one of the best concerts I had every seen. The only things miked in that big room were the vocals and the beautifuls sounds of all the acoustic instruments carried so beautifully. The whole evening touched me deep on a spiritual level. I was fortunate enuf to meet all the performers that nite except Elvis Costello. Hell, I even got to help a drunk John Goodman across the street. HEHE I love NY!!! |
