I have been on hold forever with Cingular....took over 5 mins just to get to a part that would allow me to talk with a real person!
Then I was on hold again while the guy looked up my plan which is no longer available.....argggggg
oooooh finally he is back on....ok...looks good....he's making the changes I want.... ok effective Jan 8th!!!! Jan 8th....What the.....damn I said ok and hung up!!!! double arggggg!!!!! |

HAHAHA!!! you're right hehehe....funny now, but damn...I am going to be billed for my old plan til the 8th....I was just so glad he finally got back on the phone and said the changes would be made and I was sooo tired of being on hold I stupidly said ok when he said effective the 8th.....live and learn hehe |
