Posted - 11/20/2002 : 11:37:08 PM Me and my friend josh are trying to concoct a funny senior prank. the idea we have now sounds like something off of trigger happy TV on Comedy central. here it goes.... since i'm kind of a bearded hippie looking guy i'm going to come to school one day wearing "jesus" attire, beard, sandals, white robe, etc... now my friend josh i'm going to get to grow a goatee and dress up in a red suit, long red tail, like "satan." now we're gonna to meet before school with me starting on one hallway at say..7:45 when the hall is packed with all the cool people chatting in the hall. anyway i'm at one side of the hall and josh is at the other and we make eye contact and then slowly start walking towards each other. somewhere in this we'll break into a dead run and then just tackle each other and have this big (staged) fight in the middle of the hall dressed up like jesus and satan. it sounds funny as shit to me, what do the rest of you think? |

Posted - 12/13/2002 : 8:30:03 PM trust me i hate what i looked like with the thin mustache. it's sooo scanky, but at that age i was like "facial hair, yay!" |

Posted - 12/13/2002 : 4:32:54 PM No offence, but I hate those thin mustaches... Maybe it's because of the guy I remember that had one. You know the type...6 foot 6 basketball player that can't dunk...not smart, not stupid, but still an annoying ass... Not that that's what you are..maybe it's an unfair stereotype.
Also, I hate the way the mustache tickles my neck... |

Posted - 12/11/2002 : 9:13:56 PM yeah, it's one of those things that is cool if you keep a beard the whole time, but if you want to be clean shaven, it's a bitch to keep up with. i had a thin mustache in like 7th grade though! |

Posted - 12/11/2002 : 8:31:43 PM Damn. 17 and a full beard. I'm 19 and I only have to shave once a week. But then again, that has its own advantages. |

Posted - 12/11/2002 : 11:47:05 AM Will do! I also need to remember to post pics of me with and without my beard. i'm 17 years old and i had a full beard, and some people wanted to see that. |

Posted - 12/10/2002 : 8:46:08 PM well i ended up cutting my beard off again, but still i have the religious long hair and sandaled look so it'll still work. i guess i'm still planning but probably sometime early next semester me and josh will work it out. we're going to have a few people videotape it and a few take pictures for the yearbook! |

Posted - 11/22/2002 : 4:09:39 PM Sounds like a good idea, but I wouldn't classify it as a prank.
http://hacks.mit.edu/ - now these are pranks!
BTW - my senior prank...
I stole a VCR from the library, went into a classroom that wasn't being used that quarter, AND that happened to be the room right next to where they broadcasted the tv shows in the morning. I spliced the vcr into the school's coax system, overriding the signal coming from the room next door. Instead of watching Channel One Student News that morning we were all treated to hard-core porn with The Goonies theme song dubbed over the audio |

Posted - 11/22/2002 : 3:46:29 PM I've had that same idea before. At my school, they'd laugh and THEN give us a detention or something...that's it. There have been some GREAAT pranks at my school in the past
GO for it, man! |

Posted - 11/22/2002 : 08:42:57 AM quote: PJK: My nephew took a huge risk with his friends, they made all the reserved parking spaces Handicap Parking as well as a good number of the other parking spots, including the principals, etc. They lucked out and never got caught.
Ooh, that's too good... |

Posted - 11/21/2002 : 8:17:32 PM to the comment about thugs...actually we were also discussing getting a few other people, some dressed as my disciples and some as josh's demons...just adds to the joke. Luckily i have a pretty relaxed school and a smaller one(only about 600 of us) and actually i think the principle would probably laugh instead of be mad at us. i know a few teachers at least that would just crack up! |

Posted - 11/21/2002 : 6:32:52 PM Sounds funny... but still read the numbered pigs prank that's on this board somewhere... I still think that could be the greatest ever. I also agree with PJK, be catious of the consequences. |

Posted - 11/21/2002 : 6:24:45 PM You should each have a posee(sp?) of thugs and gansters walking behind you...and a goat. |

Posted - 11/21/2002 : 5:31:52 PM Sounds hilarious.....however....don't want to be the spoiler here but you know your school. Before you do it, have an idea of the consequences first. The high school in the district I work for is extremely anal and they have taken away students right to walk at commencement, and even though it might not sound like a big deal it is because it punishes families who have looked forward to that day for years.
Ofcourse what the kids did the year my daughter graduated was let about 1500 grasshoppers loose in the cafeteria, also white mice in the restrooms.
My nephew took a huge risk with his friends, they made all the reserved parking spaces Handicap Parking as well as a good number of the other parking spots, including the principals, etc. They lucked out and never got caught. |

Posted - 11/21/2002 : 3:47:02 PM the only thing holding us back from doing it is me finding a white robe and my friend a devil costume. i'll keep you on the update when we start getting it together. |

Posted - 11/21/2002 : 12:04:23 AM That sounds really funny. I say go for it. Oh man, if that happened at my old (Catholic) high school it would be talked about for years to come. Do it! And try to get another friend to take pictures. Maybe they'll put it in the yearbook. |
