I love this board, but sometimes i miss the functionality of the vB forums i go to. www.vbulletin.com has offered the best forum program i have EVER seen, and its used at some really big boards, such as nancies, ants, the bridge, atforumz, barenaked.net (bnl, not porn, sickos  ), and a host of others ive frequented in the past. I just find the flexibility is unbelievable for those boards, and it would be a great improvement on what already is one of my favourite boards to visit  . something to think about, though i dont expect any change honestly.

yearly is ok, but if you purchase the perminant license which is 160$ its unlimited:
Owned License - $160
An owned license grants you the right to run on one web server and one web site for each license purchased for an unlimited time. Each license may power one instance of vBulletin on one domain. Included in this package is one year's access to the member area, where you can download updated versions of the software. If you require access to the member area after the year has elapsed, you can renew your access for $30 per year.

Silly me, I just realized there was a link in your post. I went to their site and found its about $100 per year. I think my sorority can handle that, so I'll let them know vB is also an option.

Is vB free too? I've been trying to get my sorority BB to switch to some sort of user-friendly shareware, but the only one I knew of was Snitz since that's what Jon uses. If this one is freeware too, I'll tell them to look at both.
