I am unable to view the 11-23-01 video using windows or real players. I can view it using quicktime player, but I'd like to be able to use windows or at least real. I'm sure I need to download a codec of some sort, but which one do I need and where do I get it?
I'm hoping someone else who has had this problem in the past will know how to fix it. thanks.

it should download it on its own as long as you are connected to the net at the time of viewing. if not it should say something along the line of codec "blah" needed for viewing or sumthin like that. go to google and do a search for that codec, and u should be able to find something that will work. if not then your stuck w/ quicktime.
