I would call surfing the net more of an addiction than a compulsion. Once you start, you just can't stop. You start to get afraid that the link you are looking for is just on the next page and if you stop you will NEVER find it. Of course you never do and then 10 hours later you are kicking yourself for wasting so much valuable(?)TIMe doing absolutely fuckall!
